It designs, develops and sells high-performance, mission and time critical solutions to Defence, Space and Home Land Security for Ministry of Defence, government controlled public sector understandings and private sectors. It offers custom built COTS (Commercially off-the shelf) solutions based on specific requirements to defence and space customers.

Ø  Funding working capital requirements of our Company. Our business is working capital intensive and we fund the majority of our working capital requirements in the ordinary course of our business from our internal accruals and financing from various banks and financial institutions.

Key Features

1.       Our Company was incorporated as “Apollo Micro Systems Private Limited” on March 3, 1997 in Hyderabad as a private limited company, under the Companies Act, 1956 and was granted a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad.

2.       Our Company became a public limited company with effect from April 1, 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued by Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at Hyderabad.

Risk Factor

1.       This being the first public issue of our Company, there has been no formal market for the Equity Shares.
