Rules
1) How
to play on way to jackpot
i) The
game lets its users win exciting prizes based on the predictions made by the
users of various economic market such as NIFTY and SENSEX, DAX and EUREX,
Dowjones and NASDAQ, and any other combinations which are being offered by the
host. Once the user registers themselves on the website than they can login
into their personal account and start predicting.
ii) User
shall have opportunity to participate in game by registering their prediction
with website, with a closing price they expect with the combination. From time
to time, new games and combinations might be introduced, the same shall be
notified to users using various means and their rules may be updated
accordingly.
iii) Various
information regarding the combination may be provided, in order to help the
user, make a well researched decision. The user has to ensure that their
prediction regarding of the combination has been successfully submitted for
their entry to be eligible for prize.
iv) In
order to submit prediction/ entries for daily game, user would be required to
fill the entries in the system through website or mobile application before the
market opening for particular date at the time announced by the Admin in
advance, (subject to modification as per notification given by game host). Each
user would be eligible for only one prediction per combination/event and making
multiple user id’s in order to frustrate the purpose of the game may also lead
to disqualification of the user based on host’s discretion.
v) The
result shall be declared only on days on which market opens at least for 2
hours else all predictions for such day shall be deemed nullified.
vi) After
the user submits their prediction he will receive a confirmation receipt on
their registered mobile number and/or email id and/or any other means deemed
appropriate.
vii) User would
be notified through message on their registered phone number and/or email id
and/or any other mean deemed appropriate if they are eligible for prize.
viii) The game
host reserves discretion of deciding the prize value and he has the power to
change the amount at any given time with or without prior notification to the
users. Game host’s discretion in this regards cannot be challenged. If more
than one person become eligible for the same price the same shall be
distributed in equitable manner or any other manner based on discretion of the
host.

2) YOUR
ENTRY:
i) The
user has option of filling up their prediction for the relevant day till the
time so announced by the admin in advance, any entries made after the announced
time shall be considered ineligible the purpose of disbursement of prize for
the relevant day, even if the user shall win one. Though the entries made after
announced time, may be considered eligible for following market day’s
prediction. It means if a user for an example wants to predict the closing
value for Tuesday’s market and relevant combination’s prediction cut off time
is 9 Am, then s/he has the time to enter his/her prediction before 9:00 am of
Tuesday and if he is unable to do so and submits the data after 9:01 the
prediction would be considered for Wednesday’s closing value. Thus the user can
make his/her prediction between the 9am of the two working days.
3) CLAIMING
PRIZES:
i) Users
is held responsible for claiming prize, and also filing up information which
may be necessary in order to deliver the prize. Users are also required to
update and modify their information on regular basis in order to claim prize if
they shall so win one. Outdated or/and wrong or/ and misleading information in
this regards may lead to disqualification of the user from the jackpot prize
based on discretion of game provider.
ii) The
WayToJackpot user would be notified about the results through email and/or
message on their registered mobile number and/or any other means deemed fit.
It’s the sole responsibility of the user to remain updated about the results
and WayToJackpot shall be in no way responsible for failure of the user to
claim the same by the user within prescribed time period. If any changes are
made in the reference to prize a notification would be provided to the users.
If due to any unforeseen circumstances we are not able to deliver the prize,
the equivalent money to the prize would be transferred to the winner’s bank
account based on the discretion of the game host. If there is more than one
winner for a prize, the prize money would be distributed in proportionate basis
or any other basis the host deems fit.
iii) To
claim the prize, the user, need to login to his WayToJackpot account and fill
up the additional details necessary to effect the transfer of the prize. The
additional details may include the user’s bank detail, personal information and
other required details so required to ensure hassle free transfer. If the
winner is unable to fill up the additional information within 72 hours, winner
may be disqualified from claiming award and such award shall be stand forfeited
based on discretion of host. The transfer of prize will take place on certain
date and time as may be declared by the host at the time of announcement of
awards, or immediately after announcement of awards/winner.
iv) Winners
grant the right to WayToJackpot and sponsor, but no obligation to use and
publish their proper name and residential status in any print, and/or social/
and/ or electronic and/or any other form of media as a promotional strategy for
WayToJackpot. Acceptance of any award and/or prize will constitute as
permission for WayToJackpot and its sponsors and its advertising agencies to
use winner’s name and likeness for any kind of promotional and advertising
purposes without any additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By
entering, participants release and hold harmless WayToJackpot. and sponsors,
their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers,
employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or
damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or any prize
won.
v) No
substitution or transfer of prizes is allowed including transfers made by
reason of law or upon death of the prize winner. Taxes are the responsibility
of winners. Tax amount is liable to be deducted from prize money if the same is
required for the purpose of law.
4) ELIGIBILITY:
i) WayToJackpot
are offered only in India. User must be at least 13 years or older to play but
users between the age group of 13-18 are advised of having a parental guidance
while playing the game. Void where prohibited.
ii) Principals
and employees of Jackpot Games Pvt. Ltd. and its respective parents,
affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of each are not eligible
(immediate family consists of husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother or
children). If such prohibited persons participate in the game then their Prize
money if they become eligible for one, shall be declared void based on Game
Host discretion.
5) GENERAL
CONDITIONS:
i) Entrants
agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules which are final on all
matters pertaining to WayToJackpot. By using this site, you agree to the
WayToJackpot, Rules and the terms of use. If user do not agree to these rules
and terms of use, user is advice not use our sites.
ii) We
reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove
portions of these Rules and terms of use at any time. Your continued use of the
WayToJackpot sites or your continued acceptance of our email following the
posting of changes to these Rules and terms of use will signify your acceptance
of these changes. Please check this page frequently for any changes.
6). Winner
selection criteria:
To win the game,
participant must predict the closing value of both index. The difference between
prediction value and actual closing value of index should not be more than 25
point.
7) CONDUCT:
i) By entering
WayToJackpot, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be
final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted at the
WayToJackpot site throughout the event. WayToJackpot reserves the right at its
sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the
entry process or the operation of the game or website; to be acting in
violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or
disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other
person. WayToJackpot reserves the right to audit all winners at the time of
major prize winnings and if the winner has more than the allowable entries per
any given game for any given WayToJackpot day, WayToJackpot has the right to
revoke the prize.
ii) CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT
BY A CONTESTANT AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE
AND/OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, JACKPOT GAMES PVT.
LTD., AND WAYTOJACKPOT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH
INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8) LIMITATIONS ON
LIABILITY:
i) WayToJackpot and
sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect and/or inaccurate information,
whether caused by website users and/or by any of the equipment and/or
programming associated with and/or utilized in any contest or by any technical
or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in WayToJackpot,
confirmations of predictions and Results e-mails from WayToJackpot or any other
e-mails from WayToJackpot. No responsibility is assumed by WayToJackpot or
sponsors for lost, late, misdirected entries or for any computer, online,
telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the
property of WayToJackpot and sponsors and will not be returned to entrant.
ii) WayToJackpot. and
sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line
failure, theft and/or destruction and/or unauthorized access to, and/or
alteration of entries. WayToJackpot, and sponsors are not responsible for any
problems and/or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software,
failure of email and/or players on account of technical problems and/or traffic
congestion on the Internet and/or at any website or combination thereof,
including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer
related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this
contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned,
including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures, and/or any other causes beyond the
control of WayToJackpot. and sponsors which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity and/or proper conduct of this contest,
WayToJackpot and sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel,
terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest.
iii) WayToJackpot makes no
representations or warranties of any nature whatsoever with respect to any
product or service advertised in any promotion, or other contest presented by
WayToJackpot, any liability for claims or damages with respect thereto shall be
the sole responsibility of the advertiser.
9) Registration
i) In order to play the
game, user would be required to register themselves with WayToJackpot. User
would be further required to provide their basic information in order to
register which includes Name, Phone Number, Email ID, and would require User to
set password for their user account in order to identify users uniquely. User
may be required to provide additional information on regular basis on prior
notice.
ii) WayToJackpot shall
not entertain users below the age of 13 years to participate in the game
offered by Jackpot Pvt. Ltd., if such person is found participating in any of
the games such entry shall be considered void. Whereas users between 13 to 18
years may use the website under the supervision of parents or any other
guardian so representing minor’s interest.
iii) All registrants may
receive email regarding confirmation of registration, and the subsequent
entries they shall make with the game server, information of interest, in
addition to sponsored advertisement information which may be served from time
to time.
iv) User may at any time
modify their registration with Jackpot Games Pvt. Ltd. by editing their profile
on our site.
10) WINNER'S LIST:
i) The names of the
prize winners would be send to their respective registered mobile numbers
and/or their email id and/or any other medium deemed fit by the host for
confirmation the may also be published 72 hours of the event being
determinable. on WayToJackpot site also. The results would be declared within
the
ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE WAYTOJACKPOT GAME RULES
APPLY.
